When will weddings begin booking?
We're currently working through our restoration and construction timeline before opening our calendar for weddings. Our goal is to create an experience that's worth the wait, and we don't want to promise dates until we're confident we can deliver the venue you've been dreaming of.
In the meantime, we'd love for you to join our waitlist to receive restoration updates, be the first to know when bookings open, and get early access to available dates.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our capacity will continue to evolve as restoration progresses. Once complete, The Schoolhouse Estate is being thoughtfully designed to host weddings and events of approximately 250 guests.
Will overnight lodging be available?
Yes! A one-room overnight suite is part of our long-term vision for The Schoolhouse Estate. Once restoration is complete, we plan to offer this thoughtfully designed lodging within the historic schoolhouse for the wedding party, family, or special guests.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Accessibility is an important part of our restoration plans, include accessible entrances, restrooms, parking, and an elevator to allow guests of all abilities to comfortably enjoy the space.
If you or your guests have specific accessibility needs, we'd be happy to discuss them and answer any questions.
Can we bring our own vendors?
We want you to create a celebration that feels personal and meaningful, and we welcome you to bring in the vendors who help bring your vision to life. All outside vendors must provide proof of insurance. We’re happy to help guide you through the vendor process and provide recommendations from trusted professionals as you plan your day.
